Stop wasting time. Stop wasting money. Be realistic. Put in the work. Don’t half-ass it.

Here’s the plan. Your job is simple: Execute.

1️⃣ Step 1: Create a Highlight Tape

Is it actually good enough? Be honest. If you can’t do it yourself, pay someone who can! This is your first impression—make it count.

2️⃣ Step 2: Assess Your Goals & Fit

Be realistic. Build your list. Stop chasing schools just because of the label. Focus on where you’ll thrive, not just where you’ll look good on paper.

3️⃣ Step 3: Boost Your Exposure

Social media = your resume.

  • No beach pics.

  • No party pics.

  • Show your daily grind.

Coaches are watching—make sure they see the right version of you.

4️⃣ Step 4: Reach Out to Coaches

Not once every two months. Email like it’s your job. Consistency wins. Stay on their radar.

5️⃣ Step 5: Build Relationships

DMs, calls, emails—it’s work. Connect and follow up. Relationships matter more than you think.

6️⃣ Step 6: Attend ID Clinics & Showcases

Be strategic.

  • Contact coaches beforehand.

  • No interest? Don’t waste your time.

  • Show up with a plan. Execute!

7️⃣ Step 7: Evaluate Responses

Streamline your responses from schools. No BS—focus on fit, not hype. The right fit beats the big name every time.

8️⃣ Step 8: Not Getting the Responses You Were Hoping for?

Take a hard look at Steps 1-6. What are you doing wrong? Adjust and improve.

9️⃣ Step 9: No Responses?

Be real. Can you actually play at these schools? If not, reset your targets and start again.

🔟 Step 10: Evaluate Offers & Decide

It’s starting to pay off. Stay focused. Finish strong.

No matter where you are in the process, take the next step. No excuses. No shortcuts. Just results. 💪
