College soccer coaches have their preferred recruiting pools, trusted methods, and existing networks. To get noticed, you need to make yourself visible where they’re looking—and sometimes even where they aren’t. Here are seven actionable tips to help you promote yourself and get on the radar of college coaches.

1. Craft an Attention-Grabbing Email to Coaches

Use a Catchy Headline to Stand Out

When emailing coaches, the subject line or your opening sentence is your chance to grab their attention immediately. Use a headline that showcases your unique stats or accomplishments. Examples include:
